REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds are not available once works begun. 
If a refund is approved before work has begun, it will be issued minus PayPal fees, since PayPal does not refund processing fees on transactions.
 
RESCHEDULING & TURNAROUND
Your slot can be rescheduled upon request (subject to availability)
Turnaround time begins from your scheduled start date, not from the purchase date.
