PAYMENT & BOOKING FEE
A $15 non-refundable booking fee is required upfront to secure your slot.
This booking fee will be deducted from your total price.
 
HOW IT WORKS
Pay the $15 booking fee to secure your slot
Fill out the form with all details (https://www.premade-customcoverdesign.com/custom-form)
I’ll confirm your scheduled week
Your design will be delivered digitally via email or download link
 
MULTIPLE CUSTOMS
Booking more than one custom is allowed.
Each custom artwork requires its own booking fee to reserve a separate slot.
All booking fees will be deducted from the total balance.
 
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
The booking fee is non-refundable and reserves your slot.
Refunds are not available once the draft design is approved.
If a refund is approved before work has begun (excluding the booking fee), it will be issued minus PayPal fees, since PayPal does not refund processing fees on transactions.
 
RESCHEDULING & TURNAROUND
Your slot can be rescheduled upon request (subject to availability)
Turnaround time begins from your scheduled start date, not from the purchase date.
